- Reservation Deposit
- A deposit of 1/3 your total stay or a minimum of one (1) night must be paid at the time of booking to reserve your room. The Reservation Deposit will be applied towards your balance due at the time of check-in. The Reservation Deposit is refundable as long as cancellation requirements listed below are met.
- Cancellations & Refunds
- In order to qualify for a refund of your Reservation Deposit (minus a $25.00 processing fee) cancellations must be made 7 days prior to your check-in date, 14 days if your reservation is during a holiday.
- Security Deposit
- Your credit card information will be held in lieu of a cash deposit for any damages or loss to the room or property.
- Fees
- There are no hidden or surprise fees.
- Pets
- We are pet-friendly. There is a $15 fee per pet/night. While there is no weight limit, our small rooms only accommodate pets of certain sizes. Being accurate when selecting you pet's weight will help avoid an uncomfortable stay.
- Minimum Stays
- A 2-night minimum is required for weekends from March 1st - Labor Day. A 3-night minimum is required for holiday weekends.
- Discounts
- VIP guests who have stayed 10 cumulative nights and any reservations for 7 days or more automatically qualify for 10% off.
- No Rain Checks
- We do not offer refunds based on the weather except during forced evacuations due to hurricanes or other extreme conditions.
